Randolph Jennings
With more than 25 years of experience in a variety of businesses, organizations and consulting projects, Randolph has a well-balanced sense of how to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges and navigate uncertainties. He has been a bookseller, a sales rep, an arts education program director, a publisher, a fund raiser, a planner, a college instructor and a communications strategist. His most recent experiences involved managing a study-abroad program in southeast Asia and working as a consultant to a professional association with a global membership. The eclectic nature of his work experience is a direct result of his having received a good liberal arts education at Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota, and (some years later) an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. As an undergraduate he did not use his four years of eligilibity for intercollegiate athletics, and makes up for it playing noonball at a local college two or three times each week. "This is probably not a good idea," he observes. Randolph lives with his wife, Mary Griep, and their two teenage children in Northfield, Minnesota. |
